“We’d definitely do some auditions, right? But I think that you can tell right away if you gel with someone. Especially when it is music, you know? If you show up and don’t really know the songs, or you are just fooling around, that’s just not going to work. We work really hard in this band, and to come in with that attitude, you just know at that first rehearsal, especially with Griffin. The first song in, we were like, ‘Yeah. That will work.'”
